APT breathes new life into its VIP Partner Rewards Program


A new suite of products and benefits are available via the company’s revised trade program.

APT Travel Group has relaunched its VIP Partner Recognition Program loaded with rewards available to both agencies and individual advisors booking their clients onto APT, Travelmarvel and Botanica itineraries.

The program operates in two ways – with separate reward structures for individuals and agencies.

Agents can earn a $100 cash reward by booking from a selection of eligible itineraries nominated by APT every three months, with rewards to be paid at the end of the quarter.

To kick off the relaunched program, products eligible for the $100 cash bonus include 2023 departures of APT European river cruises of at least 15 days or Kimberley Coast cruises onboard Le Soleal or Le Laperouse, if deposited before the end of the quarter.

Agencies have four tiers that can be achieved every year based on sales volume, with steadily increasing benefits available to consultants employed by that particular store including enhanced marketing support.

Agencies can climb APT's loyalty ranks based on annual sales.

Rewards begin from Silver status, which is attained after a cumulative sales volume of $250,000 each calendar year. Agents at this level will be eligible for discounted rates on selected APT, Travelmarvel and Botanica itineraries with a supporting application.

Once the store reaches the Platinum tier, having reached $550,000 of sales, agents will receive priority invites to famils and enhanced access to self-famils along with access to a premium customer service line, where calls will be prioritised and answered by highly experienced customer service agents with in-depth knowledge across the APT product range.

The top tier of the program is reached when an agency achieves sales of AUD$1 million in a calendar year and earns Diamond Status. Access to this tier unlocks an automatic invitation for one team member to attend an exclusive hosted famil, priority access to other educational trips and an exclusive Diamond customer service line.
