Holiday package wholesaler Entire Travel Group has welcomed seven new team members in anticipation of a surge in bookings ahead of the 2023 northern hemisphere summer.

The seven new team members hail from a variety of professional backgrounds including both frontline and managerial roles with retail and wholesale companies.

Speaking during an intensive onboarding and training session in Sydney, Entire Travel Group Sales and Marketing Director, Greg McCallum, said the group was impressed with the company’s website booking platform, with two in particular providing welcome feedback on its user-friendliness.

“Both said they wished they’d known more about Entire’s website when they were in retail because – ‘given the holiday packages are offered on a plate’ – it would have saved them an enormous amount of time and created all sorts of efficiencies.”

Entire’s investment in its team comes in line with growing business confidence that the current booking spree being felt across the industry would only grow stronger in the year to come.

“We are expecting record-level enquires this year as pent-up demand is fully unleashed,” McCallum added.

“As always, we intend to stay ahead of that surge, which is why we are investing now to ensure our travel agent partners consistently enjoy the highest levels of support throughout 2023.”
