INCENTIVE: You could be lapping up the sun in Hawaii in October

Find out how you can be enjoying the ‘Islands of Aloha’, courtesy of Hawaii Tourism Oceania, later this year.

Brush up on your Hawaii knowledge and you could be enjoying the islands for yourself in October.

Hawaii Tourism Oceania is reminding travel agents there is still plenty of time to get your entry in for a draw to win a place on a sun-drenched famil trip to Hawaii this year.

There are eight spots up for grabs via the incentive, with the trip taking place in October and giving agents a first-hand opportunity to apply their knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands and see the destination up close.

The promotion has been launched to celebrate the ‘Month of Lei’ in May and has been organised by Hawaii Tourism Oceania (HTO) and Hawaiian Airlines.

Month of Lei is a signature campaign for HTO to celebrate Hawaiian culture, the uniqueness of each individual island and to engage both trade partners and consumers with the spirit of Aloha.

To enter, you must also sell four Hawaiian Airlines return tickets with an island side-trip.

To qualify for a spot, agents will need to sell a minimum of four return air tickets to Honolulu (HNL) with Hawaiian Airlines departing from either Sydney or Auckland, however the catch is that valid entries must also include a return side-trip to any of the three outer Hawaiian Islands (Maui, Kauai or the ‘Big Island’ booked on the same fare).

Tickets must be booked during the incentive period, which is open until 11:59pm AEST on June 30.

Once four tickets have been sold and ticketed, agents should register their Hawaiian Airlines RELOCs and passenger names.

Entrants must also submit to HTO their “perfect Hawaiian Islands Itinerary” incorporating multi-island experiences via email to [email protected] with the subject “Month of Lei Incentive”.
