Intrepid Travel redesigns and relaunches Agent Hub platform


Advisors can access updated content, training and information through the new mobile optimised platform.

Intrepid's Agent Hub now features an updated, engaging new design.

Travel advisors will find a transformed user experience in the new Intrepid Travel Agent Hub platform along with a range of new features and refreshed content, live from today. 

Now mobile optimised and offering a single sign-on functionality, the updated Agent Hub features new ‘bite sized’ training modules, marketing tools including social media assets and information on new agent incentives and more.

The new Agent Hub launches today exclusively for advisors in Australia and New Zealand, with a global rollout coming over the remainder of the year.

To celebrate the launch, Intrepid has kicked off a new ‘Sell 10, Get 1’ incentive whereby advisors who book 10 clients on Intrepid trips will be able to experience one of the small group adventures for themselves for free. Eligible advisors can select their desired experience from a list available on the Agent Hub.

Through the new Agent Hub, advisors can also access an updated library of engaging branded images which can be incorporated into their own social media campaigns and electronic mailouts.

Invitations to fundraising events and first-look details on newly launched incentives also form part of the new platform.

Intrepid Travel General Manager of Sales and Partnerships, Yvette Thompson, said a lot of thought went into providing advisors with the support and information the need to work more efficiently.

“The hub can be accessed from agent’s computers or phones and all they need is their Agent Portal log ins for seamless access – whether they’re in-store, remote or looking to learn on-the-go.”
