Jazz and pizzazz as Azamara takes over the Adelaide Oval

Azamara Quest calls into Adelaide for a musical journey.

Mandy Nasuti and Holy Gurkis from RAA Travel, with Azamara's Victoria Chigwidden in between.

Azamara hosted its signature AzAmazing Evening onshore excursion in Adelaide this past weekend, with local travel agents invited to enjoy the festivities.

More than 650 cruisers and invited guests headed to the Adelaide Oval for a spellbinding jazz performance by legendary Australian horn musician, James Morrison.

Guests also saw some of Australia’s emerging musical talent in the form of students from Morrison’s Academy of Music, with the Adelaide Cathedral making up the background.

James Morrison left guests captivated during his magical jazz performance.

AzAmazing Evenings are designed to connect guests to the local culture of a destination and are tailored to each location, with events taking place in historic venues and providing access to art, music, and dance.

A bevy of delicious canapes were served to accompany the performance along with drinks from local brewers and winemakers from the nearby Barossa Valley.

Azamara Quest is currently on a 13-day sailing from Sydney to Fremantle where it will wrap up its Australian season before heading back to Asia.
