Klook has been officially appointed as a key B2B distribution partner for Merlin Entertainments. The move signals a shift in strategy for Merlin to work with fewer, bigger and better partners for its travel agents.
Agents around the world are now able to book Merlin’s full inventory of products via the Klook Agent Marketplace - a one-stop ticketing and B2B distribution solution. This will allow for a seamless booking experience for agents, as well as access to the 17 Merlin products in ANZ, alongside the global suite of Merlin products. The Klook Agent Marketplace offers a net rate model, no booking volume commitments and even instant e-ticketing.
