Unload your work stress at these upcoming meditation sessions

A Sydney travel advisor is inviting stressed out industry peers to learn how yoga and meditation can ease your work worries.

Is this you? Then you might need a ticket to an upcoming wellness seminar.

Travel agents can forget the stress and strains of everyday life at a couple of wellness events taking place in Sydney and Melbourne later this month.

Organised by Tatiana Volfman from Wellness Travel in New South Wales, the three-hour events take place in Melbourne on May 21 and Sydney on May 28.

The events will be hosted by Indian healer Guru Yogi Shivan, who spent four years in solitude and has mastered breathwork and meditation techniques. He is the founder of Indimasi healing village in Kerala, India.

Shivan’s Australian presentations will deal with healing chronic and acute illnesses with self-healing practices, Ayurveda, breathwork and meditation. He will be sharing his knowledge and wisdom on spiritual science from ancient yogic texts, Kundalini Yoga and meditation for higher consciousness.

This could be you with your new stress handling techniques.

Attendees will learn how Guru Yogi Shivan achieved the state of Samadhi (super consciousness) and about his practices to reach the enlightenment that is available to the average person who wants to achieve health, contentment, self-esteem and higher awareness.

Additionally, Volfman is organising a group visit to the Indimasi Healing Village in September. On offer are all-inclusive programs ranging from 7-21 nights and starting from $1,770 per person twin share.

Tickets to the Melbourne event are priced at $22.49 each and will take place on Sunday 21 May from 2pm at 6 St Kilda Road, St Kilda - get your tickets here.

For those in Sydney, the event will be held on Sunday 28 May at Level 2/24-26 Falcon Street, Crows Nest from 10:30am, with tickets priced at $30 each - grab your tickets here.
