WHERE’S THE NEXT ‘HOT’ DESTINATION?
I can’t pick one… but SLOW travel is the answer. For something ‘wild’ a trip to Uganda and Rwanda, with both countries emerging again. While the infrastructure may be basic, the forests and wildlife are incredible. For something off the beaten track I would head to Mozambique, Ethiopia or Iran - all with fascinating history and stunning landscapes.

Pack a smile, take along your sense of humour, squeeze in patience and make sure your ticket has got ‘Adventure’ printed on it.
WHAT ARE THE BEST AND WORST PARTS OF YOUR JOB?
The best part of being a Travel Advisor is the satisfaction in client’s excitement and enjoyment of their journey – the worst part of the job is not meeting these expectations or being let down by a component over which you have no control.

I would be still be travelling the world, but writing books and illustrating them.
