A new dynamic itinerary design, able to be viewed across desktop, mobile and app interfaces allowing agents to make real-time changes is ready to be introduced by Entire Travel Group.

The improved tech enables real-time changes made to tailored holiday packages to be instantly updated in travel documentation, with itineraries laid out in a user-friendly, downloadable full colour PDF format complete with agent logos and day-by-day information.

Agents will notice the improved layout from next week, with the system going live on 27 February.

In addition, the wholesaler is removing the $100 pre-commitment payment requirement introduced in 2021 as the travel industry was deep in the throes of the pandemic.

Entire Travel Group Sales and Marketing Director, Greg McCallum, said the company believed the charge was no longer necessary, extending his deep gratitude to the industry for its unwavering support during the transition period.

"Like all travel companies, we were then operating with limited resources and needed to ensure we maintained our service levels," McCallum said.

"Since then, we have steadily rebuilt, most recently by adding seven new full-time members to our Canada, Islands and Europe sales teams.

"At the same time, we've been delighted to see that our travel agent partners, as part of their own efforts to optimise efficiency, have adopted a firmer approach to qualifying leads.”
