Skyr is like a milk Greek yoghurt and can be eaten for breakfast or as a dessert. Here’s Hotel Rangá’s take on an Icelandic staple.
500g plain skyr (which you can totally buy at Woolies)
50g icing sugar
150ml heavy cream
½ cup of oats
2 tablespoons of honey
