Ireland removes all covid-19 travel restrictions

Travelling to Ireland? You no longer need to complete a passenger locator form. You also no longer need proof of vaccination or recovery, or even a COVID-19 test.

"I've just signed the regulations removing the Covid requirements for incoming international passengers," Stephen Donnelly, Ireland's minister for health, tweeted. "These were the last remaining Covid regs… Another step forward in our Covid efforts."

The requirements, or lack of them, went live 6 March, 2022, with Tourism Ireland “pleased to share” the news.

Those who plan to visit Northern Ireland, should notes that there are still some restrictions/documentation required to travel there. CLICK to see what these are.
