Bali Dynasty Resort reaffirms its place as one of Bali’s best

Bali Dynasty Resort receives renewed five-star hotel rating

Bali Dynasty Resort has officially had its Five-Star Hotel rating renewed after a recent certification process and audit.

Following a thorough examination, the audit showed that Bali Dynasty Resort has successfully exceeded the standard qualifications for a five-star brand, which ranges from the quality of product, services and managerial procedures.

“This document re-affirms our promise to be the premier resort for families, leisure and MICE in the heart of South Kuta Bali,” Bali Dynasty Resort General Manager Didit Indra said.

This is the second time that Bali Dynasty Resort has received this prestigious three-year accreditation since June 2016. Such certification not only contributes to the resort’s positive image, but is also an assurance for guests that they can expect a great experience.

The certification is part of a legal regulation by the current Indonesian Ministry of Tourism, which states that all hotels operating in the country must be audited by an independent business certification board.

Given its popularity as a family-friendly destination with a high percentage of repeat guests, Bali Dynasty Resort is committed to updating and improving its products, services, and facilities. Each year, the resort makes significant improvements to ensure enhanced holiday experiences while still offering the same great value for money.

Notable upgrades include the opening of the brand-new Sunset Bar, gym and meeting rooms in 2018, the launch of its street-front Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub in March 2019 and the recent opening of a Premier Lounge that caters to late departing guests.

In addition to this, a 109-metre lagoon pool and 16 redesigned family rooms with direct pool access will be ready to accommodate guests in July 2019.

To date, almost every part of the resort has been refreshed and renewed.
