Club Med, the pioneer of premium all-inclusive holidays, has today launched its early bird 2022 sun and ski season offer for clients eager to get holiday dates in the diary.
Agents can let their clients know they can get the best price guaranteed for the season by booking early with them. For bookings made by 31 May 2021, clients will be rewarded with up to 30% off resorts across Asia and the Maldives for travel dates from 1 November 2021 all the way up to 10 June 2022, which is the furthest advance purchase Club Med has ever offered.
Travellers who are yearning to explore further afield will need to wait a little longer with sales opening early February 2021 for European and North American resorts.
On top of securing the best price for their chosen resort and dates, clients can also take advantage of:
Clients can book with confidence knowing that Club Med has extended its Peace of Mind Policy to cover these new travel dates, plus flexible booking options including a full refund up to 30 days prior to departure. Under Club Med’s Peace of Mind Policy, new bookings can benefit from:
Have clients holding credit? No problem. Club Med has a special price match offer just for them. Club Med will price match the existing booking** (excluding flights) when rebooking their original holiday for the following year at the same price. This offer is limited and must be re-booked by 28 February 2021 for travel up to 30 April 2022.
But it’s not all about the client. Club Med is ensuring travel agents are also supported during these uncertain times. The Club Med Agent Cancellation Protection provides a risk-free option for travel agents with clients who wish to book holidays up until 10 June 2022.
Under this new policy, if a client with a booking made between 8 October 2020 and 15 January 2021 chooses to cancel their trip up to 30 days prior to their departure, travel agents will still receive $50 per file, in place of the commission they would have received if the client had proceeded with their travel.
And if client’s top priority is more than locking in a good deal, Club Med also has their safety and wellbeing covered. They can enjoy their holiday in the safety of the ‘Club Med Cocoon’, knowing that the appropriate health, hygiene and safety measures are in place whether you choose a ski holiday or a sun holiday.
Club Med has many useful sales tools to help agents communicate the new offers and safety messages to clients. From i-frame’s to eye-catching eDM templates, flyers and even social media tiles, everything can be downloaded on Club Med’s Agent Portal.
If agents need addition support or would like to chat about all the recent offers and updated policies, they can Connect with the Club Med team and book an appointment via Club Med Connect.
IN RELATED NEWS, last week saw the wrap of Club Med’s second webinar series ‘On the Couch with Club Med: How to pivot your traditional travel business to keep growing and grow fast’.
The agent orientated business webinars covered the six business trends that agents need to understand now to start bringing business back through the doors and some opportunities to prepare for ahead of the international travel resumption.
And because Club Med knows that travel agents are also in desperate need of their own holiday, every webinar attendee went into the draw to win a Club Med holiday for two.
Club Med has announced that the Australian winner of a future Club Med holiday is Lani Symons Vaughan from Travel Counsellors, NSW. Lani has won a well-deserved break to the Club Med resort in Asia of her choice.
For any agents that may have missed the webinar, they can access the presentation and recording via Club Med’s travel agent portal at https://www.clubmedta.com.au/training-tools-benefits/on-the-couch-with-club-med-business-webinar
