IHG Hotels is bringing its social brand voco to the NSW Central Coast

A new lifestyle development overlooking the Brisbane Waterway in Gosford will see IHG open its second voco in regional NSW.

Voco will feature within Gosford's new Archibald mixed-use development.

IHG Hotels and Resorts will open a new Voco branded hotel in the NSW Central Coast town of Gosford in partnership with property developer ALAND.

On track to open in 2025, Voco Gosford will sit within the mixed-use Archibald by ALAND development which will also include 320 residential apartments and commercial outlets overlooking the Brisbane Waterway.

Hotel guests can enjoy a Sky Bar on the 28th floor.

Rooms will be spacious, starting at 41 square metres and ranging up to 54 square metres for suites.

Guest facilities will include a swim-up pool bar, wellness centre, conference and meeting space and a signature restaurant under the guidance of celebrity chef Dany Karam. Additional F&B outlets will include a street level pub and pizzeria, a rooftop sky bar and lounge on level 28.

Residents and guests will also have access to landscaped pool grounds.

The new property is Voco’s seventh in Australasia and second in regional NSW after Voco Kirkton Park Resort in the Hunter Valley.

IHG Hotels and Resorts Director of Development Australasia and Pacific, Cameron Burke, said he was thrilled to be extending Voco’s reach across regional NSW.

“This is an incredibly exciting development, and we are delighted to be part of a project that will transform the city of Gosford into a new lifestyle destination.

“I have no doubt the addition of voco to the city will help drive tourism across the region, and the adjacent hospitality amenity is sure to be a popular driver of patronage.”
