First Hawaii MICE Roadshow since 2016 coming

Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania has announced a dedicated MICE roadshow, to be held in Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney from 23 – 26 March 2020.

The 2020 Meet Hawai‘i Down Under Roadshow is the first MICE roadshow hosted by Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania since 2016, bringing industry partners from Hawai‘i to create networking and educational opportunities for attendees.

Partners from Hawai‘i will include representatives from the Hawaiian Island visitor bureaux of O‘ahuMaui, Kaua‘i and the island of Hawai‘i, as well as industry partners from hotels and activity providers.

Giselle Radulovic, Country Manager Australia for Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania said the Meet Hawai‘i Down Under Roadshow was an opportunity for Hawai‘i partners to connect with professional conference organisers in Australia and New Zealand.

“For the first time in several years, we are hosting a dedicated MICE roadshow in three cities across Australia and New Zealand,” Ms Radulovic said.

“We have had strong interest from our Hawai‘i partners to attend, and the events will provide an avenue for networking and exploring potential MICE opportunities.”

The schedule will include valuable destination and product training as well as the opportunity to meet one-on-one.

"The representatives from each of the Hawaiian Island visitor bureaux will provide specific destination information on the four main islands and the benefits of hosting a conference, meeting or incentive in the Hawaiian Islands,” Ms Radulovic said.

Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania have extended invitations to the roadshow throughout their MICE network in Australia and NZ.
