Compass Expeditions unveils new booking portal for travel advisors

The motorcycle and 4WD tour operator is making it easier for advisors to book clients without picking up the phone.

Advisors can now book Compass Expeditions via its new online portal.

Travel agents can now seamlessly make and manage bookings for all Compass Expeditions products through a newly created agent portal.

Compass Expeditions, which aligned with Evolution Travel Collective in July for its representation in the Australian market, has a reputation for crafting unique journeys that traverse diverse landscapes and remote destinations.

With the introduction of small group 4WD tours, the company acknowledges the importance of providing travel agents with user-friendly tools to navigate the complexities of these intricate itineraries.

“We understand that travel agents play a pivotal role in shaping remarkable travel experiences for their clients,” said Compass Expeditions Managing Director, Ben Willox.

Compass Expeditions specialises in seriously off-road touring.

“Given the intricacies of our large and diverse itineraries, we recognise that agents require seamless access to the information their clients expect. Our newly introduced agent portal is designed to streamline the process and remove some of those complexities.”

Agents can request access to the booking portal by emailing [email protected], and for any agents already set up with tourCMS, they can provide their account name to connect with the new system.

Compass Expeditions has been operating 4WD and motorcycle tours for more than 15 years in the Americas, Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia, with new tours available either as self-drive or fully escorted.

“Compass Expeditions is committed to delivering exceptional adventures, whether on two wheels or four. By empowering travel agents with a straightforward booking system, we aim to enhance their ability to book our trips for their clients,” Willox added.

Compass Expeditions 4WD tours are now available to book for departures next year with the first tour, Kyrgyzstan Discovered, departing 4 August, 2024.
