ETC partners with The Visa Machine, upping agent focus

Evolution Travel Collective (ETC) have announced a second new partner within a week as they continue to expand their partner portfolio with the addition of Sydney based, visa services office, The Visa Machine (TVM)

Run by Luke Crawford, the Visa Machine has been operating in Australia for 5 years now, but with this recent move, look to significantly grow their brand exposure and increase their support on the ground within the retail sector.

Their sophisticated online system is designed to make acquiring visas as stress free as possible for travel consultants, meaning they can focus on booking travel, whilst knowing that their customers are in the safe hands of the Visa Machine staff for all their visa requirements.

Ingrid BerthelsenManaging Director of Evolution Travel Collective advised, “it is an exciting time to be working with a technology and customer service focused partner like TVM in support of growing their B2B presence across Australia.”

Berthelsen added “whilst it’s a step away from our ‘usual’ partner type within our current portfolio, we see this as an excellent addition to supporting one of the more detailed and nerve-racking elements of booking some of our current partners more obscure destinations – obtaining the correct Visa in an efficient and stress free manner.

Similarly Crawford stated that the team at the Visa Machine are looking forward to being able to introduce the platform to more Travel agencies across Australia via ETC’s team of experienced BDMs, it’s a great opportunity for us to ensure all agents know we are a service available to them, offering a team of experts to take the time consuming and often complicated process off their hands whilst still offering a commission to the agent for the selling the visa to their customer. It’s a win-win for everyone.”
