At least seven people were injured in a huge rockfall on the island of Zakynthos in Greece.
According to euronews, Greek authorities said there are no people missing or any life-threatening injuries in the incident, but officials were combing the beach as a precaution.
The accident occurred at popular Navagio beach, which has a big shipwreck on its shores and can only be reached by boat thanks to its steep cliffs, Reuters reported.
Taken from the beach and on a boat, videos posted on YouTube of the incident shows a huge avalanche of rocks falling onto the strand below.
While most of the people on the crowded beach are seen at a relatively safe distance from the accident, a number of people can be seen running from the scary crash, which kicks up a massive gush of water.
“Oh my god, oh my god,” screams a man in one of the videos.
From the safety of a boat, a British tourist can be heard saying, “There are people underneath there”, referring to a huge clump of debris.
Witnesses said a couple of small boats were also overturned from high waves.
The beach has been evacuated and is currently closed to tourists.
