Whatever your political leanings, sometimes you just have to take what Donald Trump says with a grain of salt … or in this case, grain of sand.
During a press conference at Tuesday’s historic meeting with North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un, in Singapore, the US President praised DPK’s “great beaches”, saying they would be perfect for hotels and condos.
According to Business Insider, Trump hinted that real estate could be key to building an economically stronger North Korea.
“As an example, they have great beaches,” the President told reporters.
“You see that whenever they’re exploding their cannons into the ocean. I said, ‘Boy, look at that view. Wouldn’t that make a great condo?
“You could have the best hotels in the world right there.
“Think of it from a real estate perspective. You have South Korea, you have China, and they own the land in the middle. How bad is that, right? It’s great.”
Trump Hotel North Korea? We’re guessing not.
