WATCH as plane crashes into baggage cart at Chicago airport

Just before 6.30am local time on Friday, a China Airlines aircraft was captured on CCTV footage as it slid across a snowy airfield before smashing into a baggage cart.

While nobody was injured, one of the plane’s engines was damaged, the Chicago Department of Aviation reported.

“The Boeing 747-400F had landed after operating flight CI5240 between Taipei and Chicago via Anchorage.”

“According to data shown by Radarbox.com, the flight departed from Taipei at 10:30 local time on January 27, 2022. It first landed in Anchorage at 22:25 before leaving again towards Chicago, where the incident took place.”

The New York Post reported that it looked like one of the carts was lodged inside one of the Boeing 747’s engines.
