How travel agents can sell Insight Vacations even better


Brand re-introduces new and improved eLearning modules to help travel agents develop stronger sales

As part of its ongoing commitment to Travel Agents in supporting their business plans and sales goals, Insight Vacations has announced the re-launch of its eLearning platform with enhanced functionality, ease of access and an improved user experience. 

 

 

Ensuring agents receive the education and training they deserve is of utmost importance for the brand and as such, Insight has revamped and updated its eLearning platform, addressing both the evolution of the brand and Agent feedback. The Insight Specialist program allows the brand to share its passion for travel with its community of partners by offering new educational opportunities as travel agents look to offer premium guided journeys to clients and develop stronger sales as well as increase their earnings. 

 

Following the completion of the program, travel agents will gain a deeper understanding of what Insight stands for and understand the Insight Difference, all while gaining the tools and knowledge to confidently sell Insight Vacations’ magical and stylish journeys. By completing the Insight Specialist Levels, agents will become eligible for FAM trips and discounts on Insight’s journeys.

 

“With repeat rates of over 40%, an Insight Vacations client is a client for life, and our aim is to equip all of our valuable Travel Agents with the in-depth knowledge and tools to effectively sell our incredible worldwide journeys,” explains Alex O’Connor, MD for Insight Vacations. 

 

The Insight Specialist eLearning program is divided into three sections – Bronze, Silver and Gold - and travel agents can access the first Bronze level of training as of today with modules covering a fundamental overview of the brand, the Insight Difference, comprehensive information on Insight’s target audience, tools for selling the journeys, and Insight Cares, consisting of itineraries offering unique experiences that speak to the collective commitment to preserve the cultures, traditions and arts of the communities Insight visits.

 

The Silver Level will be available at a later date and will cover Insight’s main Unique Selling Points, while the Gold Level will delve deeper into Insight’s brochure and destinations offered through its magical journeys.
