The 45m boat, has capacity for 60 passengers on overnight cruises in 30 ensuite cabins, configured either twin-share or king double and is purpose-built with full amenities across four levels. This provides an intimate cruise experience with the comfort of your own ocean view, private ensuite room.

Guests can connect through both Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) or Hamilton Island Airport to take the two-night cruise departing from Coral Sea Marina, Airlie Beach, and Hamilton Island to visit highlights of the Whitsundays National Park including Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet and snorkelling the vibrant fringing reef.
The well-appointed vessel also enables guests to relax onboard from the bar on the rear deck, expansive sun deck, dining lounge, as well as private cabins overnight.
With increased demand on mainland and island accommodation, The Whitsundays Explorer offers visitors and locals the chance to experience the beauty of the islands, spot a variety of sea and bird life, and participate in water and island activities.
In April 2024 Explore launched a dedicated family cruise, departing on select dates to coincide with school holiday period, offering a family friendly Whitsundays adventure with highlights including a day exploring Whitehaven Beach, guided snorkelling and onboard movie night.
