Expansion plans continue apace at Bunnik Tours with Karen (KJ) Phillips appointed as the company’s first Queensland-based BDM since COVID.

Bringing her extensive experience and decades of knowledge to the table, KJ has had a wide spread of previous roles as a travel agent, Tour Director in the Middle East, Corporate Airline sales, Product Manager and even IT/Channel management.

“Her experience and depth of knowledge across our seven small group tour regions is going to be a great asset to our partners,” said Zoe Francis, Bunnik Tours National Sales Manager (pictured above right with KJ).

“Growing our team will play an important role in expanding Bunnik Tours and establishing ourselves as the go to small group touring specialists for our agent partners.”

Meanwhile Jay Nikolin (below) has been appointed as the Cluster Director of Marketing and Communications for The Langham, Melbourne, and The Langham, Sydney.

Over the past seven years, Jay has excelled in marketing positions within leading luxury Melbourne hotels, including Accor – Hotel Lindrum by MGallery and The Sofitel on Collins.

In these capacities, he played a pivotal role in elevating their food and beverage offerings, cultivating robust partnerships, notably establishing a fruitful collaboration with the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

“I am honoured to join Langham Hospitality Group to drive and support the marketing and communication efforts at both the Melbourne and Sydney hotels,” said Mr Nikolin.
