Exploring Arnhem Land is a hallmark Outback Spirit experience, and there has been an increased desire to visit and learn about the history and culture of this unique part of Australia that very few have visited.
Beginning and ending in Darwin, this new itinerary was developed in consultation with trade partners to ensure that guests with less time can still experience these spectacular ancient lands. From abundant wildlife, unspoilt coastlines, sacred rock art, and bush tucker delicacies, Arnhem Land is unlike anywhere else in Australia. Paired with Kakadu National park, this is the Top End at its best.
Travelling with the experts in small group outback touring, guests can be assured that every detail on their all-inclusive tour is taken into consideration, including meals, beverages, entry permits and flights.
Guests will see the sights of Darwin before flying to Maningrida in Arnhem Land for a two-night stay at the exclusive Barramundi Lodge, owned and operated by Outback Spirit. The journey then goes deeper by crossing bush roads to Mount Borradaile and into World Heritage-listed Kakadu National Park, one of the largest national parks in Australia. Here, guests will experience the world’s oldest surviving culture, visit Indigenous owned art galleries and museums, explore untouched rivers and cruise along enormous wetlands teeming with wildlife.
